kag99 Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

Section 1

General Terms

By accessing the kag99 platform (https://kag99.cam) or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the kag99 platform.

kag99 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket, football, live casino, slots and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the use of any kag99 service.

1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in these conditions carry these meanings:

"User" or "you" — any person who has registered on the kag99 platform or is using its services.
"Account" — your personal registered account on the kag99 platform.
"Services" — all gaming, betting and other digital services provided by kag99.
"Balance" — the total amount of funds held in your kag99 account.
"Bonus Funds" — promotional or bonus money provided by kag99.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions apply together with kag99's privacy policy, responsible gaming policy and other rules. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

Important: By using the kag99 platform, you acknowledge that online gaming and betting carry financial risk and that you are using these services voluntarily.

Section 2

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on the kag99 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account and use gaming services on the kag99 platform. 21+ This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. kag99 may request proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Registration Process

During account registration you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

Your full legal name (as shown on your national identity card)
A valid and active mobile number
A valid email address (where applicable)
Date of birth
Details of your preferred payment method

Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account on kag99. It is prohibited to open multiple accounts in the same person's name, for multiple members of the same household to operate multiple accounts from a single device, or to create multiple accounts by any other means. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.4 Identity Verification

kag99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Section 3

Account Security

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your kag99 account. kag99 will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your account.

3.1 Password Protection

Never share your account password with anyone.
Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
Change your password regularly and immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
Be cautious when using your browser's "save password" feature to remember your password.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact kag99's 24/7 live chat support immediately or email [email protected]. If you do not report it in time, kag99 will not be liable for any loss that occurs during that period.

Warning: kag99 will never ask you for your password, PIN or OTP. Any request for such information may be a fraudulent attempt.

Section 4

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the kag99 platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kag99 currently supports the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank)

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the kag99 platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing or additional documents are required.

Please note: The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used at the time of deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

kag99 is committed to preventing money laundering. kag99 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may notify the relevant authorities where necessary. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotion Terms

kag99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Accepting these bonuses means you agree to the terms of this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount.

5.2 Wagering Terms

For wagering calculations, only bets placed on eligible games will be counted.
Certain games or bet types may contribute at different rates to the wagering calculation.
Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not permitted before the wagering requirement has been met.
Each bonus has an expiry period — if the wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The kag99 VIP program has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each level:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher level is determined based on your gaming activity.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

kag99 reserves the right to investigate any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses and to close the associated account. Bonus abuse includes claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, applying risk-free betting strategies, or any other form of abuse.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on the kag99 platform.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market. These limits may vary by game and event. kag99 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on various cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments, as well as other sports events including football and FIFA:

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
If a match is suspended or postponed, kag99's decision will be considered final.
In the case of live betting, any bets already confirmed at the time of an internet disconnection will remain valid.
kag99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect odds.

6.3 Casino and Slots

For live casino, slots and other gaming, the rules of the individual game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) will apply. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be voided and the funds returned.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint relating to gaming or betting, please contact the kag99 support team immediately. kag99's decision will be considered final and binding.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kag99 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Fraudulent activity, hacking, or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of another person.
Using bots, scripts or automated software.
Exploiting technical glitches or bugs in the platform dishonestly.
Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
Creating multiple accounts under the same person's or family's name.
Allowing minors to use an account or assisting them in gaming.

Consequences: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, kag99 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Section 8

Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content displayed on the kag99 platform — logos, graphics, text, designs, software, databases, and other elements — are the intellectual property of kag99. This content is protected by copyright law.

8.1 Permission to Use

kag99 grants you limited permission to view the platform's content for personal, non-commercial use only. Beyond this, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without kag99's written permission is prohibited.

8.2 Trademarks

The name "kag99", its logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks of kag99. Using these trademarks without kag99's written permission is prohibited.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

kag99 strives to provide uninterrupted and secure service. However, kag99 will not be liable in the following situations:

Service disruption due to internet connectivity issues or technical reasons.
Any problems with the software of third-party game providers.
Unexpected server maintenance or cyberattacks.
User's own negligence or failure to protect their account.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

Under any circumstances, kag99's liability will not exceed the amount deposited in a user's account.
